How do you ensure the ashes in the jewellery belongs to my loved ones?

Our keepsake jewelleries are handmade. We will make sure individual pieces are matched with your sample provided with you and your pets details and order number. It is important to provide the order number with the samples.
Can we wear Pet Reflections jewellery in the water?

Just like other jewellery, it is best not to wet your jewellery as much as possible to maintaining the jewellery in the good condition for a long time. -Please see our jewellery care information on our website
How much do you charge for shipping in Australia?

We currently only ship within Australia. $15 Standard post and handling $20 Express post and handling
How do I provide my pet's ashes or Fur?

Your pet ashes and fur can be carefully placed in a small zip lock bag separately with your pets name and surname on it. (Also, it will help if you provide a order number on it too. So there are no confusion). They can be posted to the PO Box 50Freshwaer QLD 4870 Australia OR Dropped it off at Cairns Pet Grooming at Shop 12/6-8 Charlotte Close, Woree 4868. (Tuesday to Friday, during their business hours) Extra ashes and fur will be return to the owner when the product completes.
How long does it take for an order to arrive?

Approximatly, 10-15 days business days from the time we received your presious furrly friend's ashes, paw print and/or Fur, plus shipping duration.
